Horizon are looking for a strong Senior Project Manager to deliver on execution of projects related to worldwide Contact Centres. The role will work through strategy to execution in a highly autonomous role. You will need to build strong relationships with business teams and the wider organization.
You will need to have a history of delivering projects on time and budget. You must be a leader and be a great communicator to the project teams and internal stakeholders. You will also be an effective change manager and have a solid understanding of processes and technologies within the call centres to be successful.
If you have BPO experience, or contact centre outsourcing experience it would be highly beneficial.
Your background will be something like:
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Strategy
- Experience in developing and re-engineering processes, procedures, policies and documentation of these ideally in a call centre environment
- Experience leading small to medium sized cross functional teams to results
- High level of Analytical Skills
- Can communicate with and influence C level stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple global projects preferred
- Experience with call centre processes and technologies strongly preferred
- Financial and quantitative analysis skills are a plus
- Bachelors degree required
